Ridiculous taxes per night

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The extra taxes that were added to my hotel bill were absolutely ridiculous!! This should have been included when I view the nightly rate. Also, it wasn’t on the total bill it was per night.

Property and breakfast are good. Each time we have had an issue. This time hot tub was broken. We chose hotel for hot tub for our son. They warmed pool but last time water pump broke and water to room was issue. Also, even with calling for housekeeping, we often came home to damp towels and unmade beds. Is one want the hassle of having to call each day for something that used to be standard. Happy to save water on fresh sheets but would orefer housekeeping each day and it is bothersome that it is so hard to have this done easily. So with these issues, will probably look at other hotels next time. Staff is very friendly and seems hard working but at this price per night I expect things to be working and service to be excellent.

Room Floors were very dirty. The staff was very very unfriendly. For the price we paid for one night, it is definitely not worth staying in this hotel. The Hyatt in downtown is much much better.
