No bellhop service?!? This is the reason I only have 3 stars!! I was juggling a person in a wheelchair and trying to get luggage to and from our room by myself. Breakfast and complimentary coffee should begin at 6:00 am to accommodate early appointments at the area hospitals/clinics. Otherwise, this hotel was great…close to MD Anderson. They do offer an MD Anderson rate but you have to ask. The hot breakfast had a lot of options and was satisfying. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, parking was sufficient. We did not use the shuttle service.

Enjoyed the spacious and spotless room, bed super comfortable and really nice bathroom. I appreciated all the amenities, from the rich breakfast to the evening menu at the onsite restaurant, nevertheless the free shuttle. Staff always courteous.
