I arrived at 11:00am after non sleeping travel and the took me in the lobby until 4:00pm. I know the check in is at 4:00pm , but if a humanitarian thing, I know the have plenty of room at this time

Good stay, clean room, spacious, quiet floor, air freshener in the hallway now. Good touch. New towels and better quality. I stay here for business trips every month so definitely a step forward in making it better. Only challenge this time was no hot water.

I have been attempting to resolve this issue since 7:00 AM today. The rental vehicle became inoperable after overheating and will not start. I am scheduled to depart for the airport at 10:00 AM and cannot wait further for assistance. Due to the mechanical failure and lack of timely support, I am unable to return the vehicle in person. The vehicle is secured at its current location. Please confirm in writing that: • I will not be held responsible for towing, storage, or mechanical repairs • The rental will be closed without penalty • Any applicable refund or adjustment will be issued This matter is now documented. If not resolved promptly, it will be escalated

Nice from the 1st view but later noticed the walls and flooring seemed too thin, rooms were not cleaned or trash taken out during my stay, 2 types of roaches in the bathroom, and Hot water was out.
