The whole place smelt weird, no actual room numbers- just painters tape on the door w sharpie, ROACHES in the room, hot- no ac in the hallways and the room was super hot when we walked in and the floors were disgusting- my son walked from the bathtub to the kitchen and to the bed and his feet were already black

Vanessa was a real gem, when I asked her for a room with 2 beds instead of the pull out bed, she didn't hesitate one bit and had it ready for when I got back from dinner. The pull out bed needs to be replaced though.

The parking was great and free! I like that it had an outdoor balcony area. The little kitchenette came in handy. I didn’t like the configuration of the room because the TV did not face the beds. The image on the TV screen was very blurry. The pool is quite small but swimming is not important to me during this stay. Overall, I really enjoyed this facility especially because it is very close to MD Anderson.
