Welcome to our spacious Houston haven, designed for groups of up to 14 guests!

As you arrive, you'll discover ample driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Step inside, and a fully equipped kitchen awaits, with an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, and a collection of plates and cups. We even have a touch of fun with shot glasses from around the world!

Adjacent to the kitchen, our premier dining room and roomy living space offer the perfect setting for shared moments and delectable meals.

Our inviting and private backyard is an ideal spot for gatherings, offering plenty of seating and lounging areas for all.

The downstairs primary bedroom boasts a cozy king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet, making it a luxurious retreat for anyone that decides they prefer the downstairs bedroom.

Upstairs, a large game room and living area beckon for second-floor guests. Complete with foosball, air hockey, and a generous SMART TV for entertainment. Also, a large sectional couch for all guests to sit at for lounging!

On the second floor, you'll find five more bedrooms! The primary upstairs bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed with a SMART TV and private bathroom. The other four bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and SMART TV's. Two shared bathrooms ensure convenience for all.

We've stocked each bathroom with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap, saving you from packing those essentials. Upstairs, a welcoming laundry room with complimentary washer and dryer awaits your use, along with laundry pods for your convenience.

This property only offers 4 parking spaces in the driveway for 4 vehicles, street parking is prohibited at all times. Please make sure to make accommodations with your party if this might be an issue.
