Home has central HVAC, ATT Fiber internet WiFi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, & smart TV’s. Also has a desk, chair, and a 27" curved Samsung monitor with HDMI to USB-C connection for your laptop. Plus tons of cozy furniture to make you feel at home, with extra blankets. Each bedroom is approximately 12x12 with a closet. Bathroom has a new tub with new tile that extends to the ceiling, new flooring and all new fixtures. Fully fenced & pet friendly, with pedestrian gates on both sides of the fence. Has a front and back porch with an outdoor dining setup.

Located on an amazing and historic street, with million dollar homes around, which makes for really nice peaceful walks and quiet evenings. Lots of charm in this 100 year old home, with modern amenities and a cozy layout inside and outside during your Houston stay. Comfortably fits 4-5 people. Queen bed in the primary and secondary bedroom with twin beds. There’s also going to be a desk and monitor to work from.
