The staff are very friendly and very helpful. However, the facility needs alot of work. The windows have mold i noticed the day after because we got there at night and i check in the morning.

Online pics are very deceiving. Check in clerk was friendly but wearing a flannel shirt with a huge hole in it. We were told there was no wifi and the Pool was green and out of service. The rooms were not what your pics shows. Very disappointed in Expedia. Although the hotel was not what we expected, it was very clean.

Clean and comfy, close to family attractions

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was out of service, which was a bummer, but that should be fixed very soon. Thankfully, it was a short drive to the beach park and a short drive to the Kemah Boardwalk!

Beds were not the most comfortable after waking up. Breakfast wasn't bad but some other options would be nice. Coffee and juices were available each day. Pool was not open due to a broken filter and we were staying through a holiday so it was not opened by the time we left. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting extra towels and wash rags. Room was big and gave our kids room to play.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pillows in room were literally half sized, water pressure was very low and the “swimming pool “ literally looked like a muddy pond with algae on the surface.

Our stay was good overall, my only complaints would be that the pool was closed for most of our stay, as was the gym too, and the pillows were small. Other than that everything was good!

The room was very musty smelling, the shower wasn’t clean and unfortunately they had an issue with the hot water not working. The room looked like the maids hadn’t dusted it in quite awhile. Overall my stay left a bit to be desired.

Almost a Great Deal!

Simple things need to be fixed. Drapes that actually close. Stock the food counter during breakfast. Shouldn't have to ask for yogurt every day. Too humid in rooms ac does control humidity which is needed in Houston.

We appreciated the spacious and well-maintained suite, which provided a comfortable stay for the family. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, which added to their fun. Additionally, the centralized location made it easy for us to access the various areas we wanted to explore.
