The outside of the hotel, its buildings and reception etc looks nice but that’s where it stops. The room given to me was dated, sheets with yellow stains and tv non functional. I had to call reception three times for someone to come and have a look at it. At breakfast my name was not listed and I was asked to pay despite breakfast being included in my booking. I stayed for a single night so it was ok. In the grand scheme of things it’s tolerable but if I had to stay for more than one night these things would be quite irritating since the price quoted and paid was significant.
