The location was excellent for dining options, the big market and night life (busy, lively and so much fun). The hotel is very clean and service was great. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful in providing info with respect to pretty much everything Hue has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent breakfasts, a choice of western or Vietnamese food. Super friendly staff who helped organize our onward travel. They also offered to cook a light diet for my husband when he arrived feeling unwell. A good location 20 mins walk from the Citadel. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! Must stay in Hue

Jade Hotel is SUPERB. The price was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were some of the friendliest we have come across during our trip. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Hue on foot and served us a delicious breakfast, even preparing us something to take for our early train on the day of check out. Could not recommend more!

Great staff members, very helpful, they recommended many good places to visit at eat at. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast started and they packed us a breakfast to go which was excellent and not expected at all.

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores. Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV. Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

We loved the front office staff, but you get what you pay for and it isn’t a bargain. My wife, as she daily reminds me, had her favorite night shirt stolen out of our room. The sink empties into an open drain. We did sleep well.

Like family

Ive have never left a review for a hotel before, but i had to after the incredible experience i had here. On the second day there was a flash flood in the city, and we were essentially stuck in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, in addition to breakfast they brought lunch,dinner and snacks and when i asked after the cost they simply said "at times like this we are family". In order to leave the hotel, staff members waded through flood waters to flag down boats so we could leave the area and catch the taxi they had arranged for us. Thank you for make the best of unbelievable situation!

Property is very basic and falling apart in some areas however the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice with a lovely sea view as is on the sea front. Staff were helpful and breakfast provided (pancakes etc.) set us up for the day.

Great Hue Stay
