**✓ Your accommodation:**

🏢 Ideally located south-facing, this bright and comfortable 36m² flat has been completely renovated in May 2019. It can welcome 2 to 6 people. It is on the ground floor (a little bit elevated).
It is made up of :
- a living room;
- a fully equipped open kitchenette;
- 2 bedrooms;
- a bathroom (bath/shower);
- and a separate toilet.

You will be able to enjoy the sunny balcony and admire the Ecrins massif and the glacier of the two Alps.

🛌 The flat has 3 sleeping areas:
- a sofa convertible bed in the living room;
- a bedroom with double bed;
- a bedroom/mountain corner with single beds bunk beds.

The accommodation is furnished with electric roller blinds, for quiet nights in the dark!

⭐ Travel in comfort with the equipment in the flat, such as an 80cm flat screen TV, DVD player, kitchen equipment (ceramic hotplates, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave), bed linen and towels for 6 people on arrival.

The ski locker is located at the entrance of the residence.

📍 You have the return ski to the feet and a direct access to the glacier of Sarennes. The ESF ski lessons meeting point and the Children's chalet are 50 metres away.
You will find a shopping mall (sports shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, a bank...) also 50 metres away.
The city centre and the Palais des Sports are a 5-minute walk away.

🚌 Travelling:
Free shuttles can take you anywhere in the resort.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

💁♀️ We are quiet and you have autonomous access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
