Sixth floor with a nice view of the resort. Full center station. Near all amenities and shops. 5 minutes from the slopes by the free shuttle. Very nice apartment of 53 M2 in the residence l'Ours Blanc (district of the Games). Full center station.
You can walk to the Palace of Sports and Culture: Swimming pool, cinema, climbing, squash, mini golf .... more than 30 activities await you.
Our living room has a sofa bed (140/190), TV with DVD included, a table with six chairs, a low furniture to store the reserves, two small coffee tables, and a safe in the entrance. The kitchen area has a furnished furniture set, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue service, chocolate fountain.
In the small room there is a bunk bed and a small coffee table.
The large bedroom has a double bed (phone number hidden by Airbnb) single bed (90/190), three small coffee tables and a built-in closet. The large bedroom and the living room each have their own balcony.

Great location, easy access to slopes, restaurants and bars.Apartment a little tired, draw front broken, some lights didn't work bath tailrail didn't work.Their were just two of us so plenty of space.If 7 adults, it would be a bit cramped, for small families ok.

Great location.

The appartment was situated very centtal next to the slopes, ice skating and swimming pool which was great given that we were woth a 3.5yo child. Flat was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Located in the center / Moderate experience

The Property is located in the middle of the Alpe d'-Huez resort with direct access to Bars, Supermarkets, Restaurants, etc. Bus or direct slope access is very near and it is ideal situated for staying a couple of days if you like to ski and party. In our experience we faced a flat that is well equipped, but by now relatively old and in conditions that need renovation at a couple of elements. As well the flat was not very clean, so our first thing to do was that we cleaned it ourselves. By leaving we needed to do the same of course, but who ever pays for cleaning in this place should consider saving this money. As well there was no note at all in the ad we need to take bed cloth and towels and only got one message from the landlord with the final payment order that we need to bring it. This message was even in French langugage so if i'd not had it translated manually we would have had a problem. In general questions were answered, but it took quite long or I needed to remind that I still have a question.Check-In was okay, but limited in time, whilst not needed as there is a key box on the flat that would give flexibility. We made an appointment with the staff onside, but still needed to wait around 10 minutes to finally recieve a code for the keybox and walk trhough the flat, that's it... This could be made easier.In conclusion the flat was okay and the experience with the staff, etc. was moderate. In addition the pricing was still good.

We konden het appartement pas in om 18.30 toen we aankwamen. Omdat er ivm sneeuwruimen heel veel file stond bleken de schoonmakers pas laat te zijn begonnen. Het vervelendste was echter dat we gewoon niet op de hoogte werden gehouden, ondanks dat we regelmatig contact zochten zodat we gewoon niet wisten waar we aan toe waren. Uiteindelijk toen het “schoon” was bleek het alsnog gewoon vies, broodkruimels lagen nog gewoon op de grond. Het appartement is wel ruim, en ligt boven winkeltjes en eettentjes. Maar als je gaat skiĂ«n moet je met de bus (die op papier een schema heeft maar gewoon doet wat hij wil. Komt regelmatig gewoon niet), of lopen naar een cabine die je naar de pistes brengt. Hierdoor ben je ruim 30 minuten kwijt om van en naar de pistes te komen. Verder is het appartement goed uitgerust met oa magnetron, losse oven etc. Helaas is er alleen geen wifi, wat eigenlijk niet meer van deze tijd is.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, dans le centre, Ă  distance raisonnable des pistes. Il a l'avantage d'ĂȘtre spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes et il est trĂšs bien agencĂ©. Les 2 salles de bains sont trĂšs utiles. Les Ă©quipements sont au RDV et la communication pour l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part est trĂšs fluide. Excellent sĂ©jour.

Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs soucieux du bien ĂȘtre de ses locataires. TrĂšs rĂ©actif lorsque nous avons eu un besoin. L’emplacement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’avenue des jeux est juste idĂ©al. Premier bĂ©mol les bars Ă  cĂŽtĂ© mais heureusement le bruit ne dur jamais bien longtemps, deuxiĂšme bĂ©mol le confort des matelas 
 Nous avons eu l’impression de dormir sur des planches. En dehors de ça, rien Ă  dire. Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour.

De locatie van het appartement was uitstekend al hebben we even moeten zoeken bij aankomst. Het appartement was qua ruimte zoals verwacht en alle aangegeven faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Het appartement was echter enorm smerig en het was duidelijk zichtbaar dat er al tijden niemand binnen was geweest. De oven en de magnetron waren erg smerig en wij hebben eerst het service af gewassen voordat we het gebruikt hebben.

Appartement agrĂ©able situĂ© prĂšs des commerces de dĂ©tail et des parkings souterrains.
