Great Hotel and location 👌

Lovely stay overnight meeting up with friends for a night out - v impressed with service anc cleanliness and breakfast was fab - great location for visiting Hull- thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you to all the staff

We were initially placed in a room which was very filthy. There was a lot of hairs in the bathroom and everywhere on the sofa, and i think pet hair everywhere in the room . They changed the rooms for us but no apology was offered , made it seem we had to be grateful they changed the rooms for us.we also paid for parking and on our way out the ticket didn’t work on scanning. Had to call the hotel which was quite an inconvinience.

Helpful, friendly staff

Sofa bed not made up on arrival even though booking was for 3 adults. Although this was soon rectified when asked. Also only enough cups for 2 in the room but again, helpful staff sorted this. Lovely, friendly breakfast staff.
