Enjoying a peaceful location on the edge of Thornham, this family-friendly holiday home is ideally located for adventures on the North Norfolk coast. Boasting sublime views over the sea and marshes, with easy access to local pubs and shops, this spacious and beautifully appointed property accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and welcomes up to two well-behaved pups. It’s the perfect coastal retreat for family get-togethers and special occasions.
Arranged over two storeys, this property was designed to make the most of the stunning views, with the living accommodation upstairs. The lounge has a definite wow factor with high ceilings, exposed beams, a feature fireplace and French doors leading to a balcony with uninterrupted views over the sea and marshes. In keeping with the decor throughout the house, the furniture is stylish yet comfortable and the colour scheme calming and neutral. The light and fresh kitchen and dining room is also upstairs. Perch at the breakfast bar with a glass of wine while the appointed chef rustles up dinner, then gather together at the dining table to feast in the bay window, which looks over the marshes. On lovely sunny days, you may prefer to enjoy a BBQ in the sunny, south-facing garden. With three bedrooms downstairs and the master suite upstairs, three bathrooms, and a utility room, this delightful property has everything you need.
With a number of gastro pubs, a superb deli/cafe, and easy access to the beach and coastal path, Thornham makes a wonderful base. Drove Orchards is just over half a mile away offering a farm shop and selection of shops and eateries, while the entire coastline is a delight for walkers and nature lovers with RSPB Titchwell, Holme Dunes and Scolt Head all within 6 miles. For traditional seaside entertainment, head to Hunstanton (4.5 miles), or go inland to the Royal Sandringham Estate (13.5 miles).
