Beds were nice and comfy. Room was clean and had everything you need. The only issue was a metal bed frame’s part locked out of the mattress so my feet got hurt when I get off the bed. Breakfast was good with many choices to eat for all my family members. Pool is small but clean and was nice to have it. Plenty parking spots and it was free.

The staff were very pleasant. The gym was basic but nice to use. There was a minor problem with the control of the shower but the staff will likely have this fixed promptly. This was a good hotel

All staff were great, helpful and curtious. Maintenance 2 guys were great, helped me try to get my truck going. Thanks to Mamet for the help and the guy with tattoo arms . Our room 501 had a trip Hazzard, carpet was bunched up in the middle of the floor. Towles in the bathroom only 2 ? 2 star hotel only.

Clean rooms, great selection of breakfast items, very professional staff. Excellent place to stay if you are travelling with the family. Both Arrowhead provincial park and Algonquin park trails are 20 - 30min drive from this place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will stay here anytime I am visiting the area.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful but hotel is tired and needs an update. Breakfast was ok but over reliance on disposable plates , plastic cutlery and waste to reduce staff costs was shocking.
