Booked a room and didn’t get it. Property claims they remodeled over a year ago and removed the hot tubs. Claims they have told Expedia more than once. It was a failing on both counts. Don’t try and rent a hot tub room. There aren’t any

Nice stay for an overnight road stop. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Big drawback was no elevator for our second floor room. Fan grill for the heat/a/c fell off at 2 am.

It is typical Quality Inn. It is clean and conveniently located. They should have a towel rack next to the sink. The breakfast was typical.

The lady at the front desk was doing her job fine, however the computer was down therefore it took longer to check in guests staying for the night at the hotel, thus causing a line of people waiting to be served.

Nice Place to Stay on a Long Road Trip

Very conveniently located for me and my fiance on our way home to Ohio from Louisiana, right off the interstate. Friendly front desk staff and right next to loads of places to eat or shop. Very clean room and high-quality fixtures for both lighting and plumbing. My only complaint is that the air conditioner kept turning itself off in the middle of the night, but that could have been because we set it to 61 degrees fahrenheit because we both like our sleeping area cold, and the outside temperature didn't dip below 70 all night.

The property was really nice and staff friendly, only problems were there was a cigarette burn in the shower curtain and the door knob to enter the room was difficult to open. Other than that the room was very clean and was odor free. Breakfast was also good.
