Alessio and his staff were great hosts from start to finish! They even assisted with room decoration for a surprise birthday celebration prior to arrival which was a huge help and it looked great! I highly recommend a stay at this property due to it also being 5 minutes away from the beach. The A/C worked great and water was hot always for showers. We enjoyed our stay and will be back when we come to Merida.

Great place. Safe, private, clean and well equipped. Pool is beautiful. Property inside it’s walls is immaculate. Sisal itself has garbage and power issues that were disappointing and frustrating but no fault of the property. Pamela and all the folks who work on property were kind and helpful.

Todo funciona muy bien, sin embargo me parece un poco raro y quiza con cierto riesgo que el calentador de agua este dentro de la recámara, también hace un poco de ruido lo que puede afectar el descanso. La alberca está increíble !!

Amazing stay! Quick and attentive responses to all my questions. I was able to completely disconnect, relax away from the noise, and truly unwind. The place was very clean, and I slept better than I have in a long time. I will definitely be coming back soon!
