We booked on here and got the like 8pm and was told they did not have a room available. I have asked for a refund but have not gotten one that is why I normally don’t pay till I get there. This place was really bad. Then they put us down as a no show and will not get a refund

The parking lot had not been plowed a good 14 hours after 31 inches of snow fell. Was told i could park on the street and was towed. Streets were plowed. We have stayed several times. It is becoming mostly a long term stay. The site says they are working on the place but have not seen any changes.

First of all, have been staying here a couple times a year since the early 90"s, now me and two other friends came for super bowl Sunday and no TV's work in the whole motel. Really... Also, nobody around if you did need anything. Also got charged for a no show on a room that I canceled on 1-26-25 that I had until 2-7-25 to cancel, and I still haven't gotten reimbursed.

The software didn't offer a single bed room which is cheaper, but was not offered any refund when I took a single bed room. (I did pay in full ahead of time however). There is a coat rack but no hangers. I had a stained sheet. It snowed pretty good but no snow removal. Ran out of toilet paper with no back up. No hook or hanger in the bath for a towel. There is internet TV only (Roku) and I couldn't use my streaming service. There is a small breakfast including toast, but no butter.
