The Wifi didnt work, nearly ever at all. The propane didnt work for the grill or fireplace heater. The futon was gross and broken. Felt dirty. There were very little to no linen for the futon to sleep on. Had to buy my own pillow/blanket. Patio chair was broken. Awful smell coming from bathroon. Poor communication on what to do with garbage.... we actually checked out a day early. I would not recommend this stay at lonestar 0007 to anyone else. The other tiny homes were probably in much better conditions. The property was a nice area but nothing was located nearby. The location is even in Apple Valley... not hurricane. Its in the middle of nowhere.
Great stay! No complaints. If you are looking for a convenient spot near Zion, this is a perfect spot. As long as you don't mind hearing the highway right behind. We didn't mind because of the convenience, and inside the homes, it wasn't too loud. Ours also provided a sound machine to help.
Love love loved the Zion Tiny House village. Would def like to stay there again.

Hot Water Problem
. I actually booked this stay about a year ago, and I was really looking forward to it. However, on the first day, the water was cold, and I wasn’t able to take a proper shower that night or the next morning. It was quite disappointing, especially since it affected the start of the trip.

Our kids loved this tiny home. We had amazing views of the nearby mountains. The kids enjoyed grilling and having s'mores every night we were there. It was very well-kept and had all the amenities needed to feel just like we were at home.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
This looked like a cute a fun way to stay close to Zion's park, but it wasn't. We wanted to leave after the first night, but the host would not let us cancel the 2nd night. First off, this is in Apple Valley and not Hurricane. Second, it is right off a busy road and you hear cars zooming by all night. There is no where to really sit comfortably. There is no where to eat. The cleaning and upkeep were not great. The well water has so much iron in it that it smells like you are washing in blood. You have to crawl into bed and if you are in the upper bed you are too hot and the lower ones are too cold. The ladders and steps make it hard to get around and cause a lot of bruises, etc. They are cute and the skylights make it fun to see the stairs at night. But overall we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend.
It’s a beautiful little property with a great view of the mountains. I love having smores with my family at night. Seeing all the stars. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back in the near future.
The houses were perfectly laid out and my son loved the roof cutouts so he could sleep under the stars. I also had a lot of changes due to a family matter but the site was quick to respond and was incredibly helpful. HIGHLY recommend!
We stayed in Great Escape tiny house. Its beautiful. The area was quiet and safe. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Amenities
I liked the cute skylights from the upper bed. Going to sleep watching the stars was amazing. Other than that, the home was small and cozy. I did not like that the heater/ac unit was up high because at night when it gets cold, only the upper part of the home is heated. The bottom part was cold. During my stay, I did have a few issues. 1. The outdoor firepit propane tank was empty. 2. The bbq grill was dirty. 3. Had an issue with the indoor propane alarm going off. Lastly, another thing I didnt like is the tiny homes are so close to the main road, so those units get to hear all the traffic going by. Besides that, my family and I had a good time. Location is close to Zion and coral pink sand dunes.
