Kotimme sijaitsee rauhallisella yksityisellÀ tavalla umpikujaan erittÀin toivottavassa EtelÀ-Hyannisissa. TÀmÀ pÀivitetty klassinen Cape Cod -koti on oikeutettu yksityiseen hiekkarannalle Nantucket Soundissa - vain noin 2 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ meidÀn lapsiystÀvÀlliseltÀ rannalta, jossa on matala lempeÀ merivesi.

Valoisassa asunnossa on uusia laitteita, huonekaluja ja sÀnkyÀ. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, jossa on kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja siihen liittyvÀ kolmen kauden aurinkoterassi, jossa voit rentoutua pÀÀsyyn suurelle, hyvin kalustetulle terassille ja yksityiselle takapihalle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on sekÀ kuningatar ettÀ parivuode. HeillÀ on tÀysi kylpyamme. Kotimme mukavasti nukkuu 7 henkilöÀ. Kodin kohokohtia ovat: kauniit puu- ja laattalattiat, hyvin varustettu graniittikeittiö, erittÀin suuret LG-pesulaitteet ja avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on kierreportaat toiselle tasolle viihdealueelle ja ulkoterassi, jossa on vuodenaikojen nÀkymÀt suolle. Circo Pond ja valtameri. Varastossa on kÀtevÀsti rantatuoleja, rantaleluja ja rantalastuja.

Wonderful property and location!

From booking with Jim and Alexia, to all of the super helpful information they provided, and everything in between, this house was perfection for me and my family’s Cape Cod vacation. We arrived, greeted by Jim, with a great tour. He answered our questions and helped with several great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house was spotless. It also was decorated beautifully and set up for anything you could possibly need during your stay. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was clutch.

Fabulous house!

Immaculately clean. 3 good size bedrooms with very comfy mattresses. Very well supplied linens and towels. Kitchen great with all the appliances, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls etc you could possibly want. Large natural gas Weber grill just outside the kitchen door. Terrific backyard with grass, lovely plantings, a large outdoor table with a huge umbrella. Lovely front yard. Very quiet street with off street parking. 2 short blocks to a private beach. Everything labeled and well organized in the house. All remotes labeled as well. Gas fireplace in the large living room with 2 good sized couches and 2 chairs and a nice big Vizeo TV. They also leave a very well organized "manual" with lots of instructions as well as restaurant and what to see recommendations. Also, very good communication with owner. Jim texted me one evening warning us of an incoming nor'easter and letting me know where the lanterns were kept in case the power went out. We would definitely recommend this lovely house if you want a great location in Hyannis!! 10 stars!!

Picture Perfect House

From the moment we pulled up and saw the white picket fence and beautiful garden, we had smiles on our faces. These just got bigger as we met Jim and Alexia and they showed us around the house. It was just beautiful and so much attention to detail. So much thought has gone into making sure guests have everything they need. The instructions on how to use everything were so detailed it made everything so easy. The kitchen had everything you could think of including snacks, the beds were really comfortable and all the areas to chill out in were wonderful, we loved playing the vinyl records on the turntable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and everything was provided including a trolley to take your chairs down. This is by far one of the best places we have rented and we were sad to leave. Jim and Alexia are the perfect hosts and made it obvious that they wanted us to have a great break. On the day we arrived it was raining and they had printed out a whole sheet of things we could do if it continued to rain ! We will definitely come back.

Paradise on Cape Cod

We spent the most amazing week on Cape Cod at this beautiful property. The home was sparkling clean (essential to my partner)! Every amenity you could think of was provided. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach, which is gorgeous. Walking in the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Close to everything in Hyannis. Super easy to catch the ferry to the islands. James was easy to work with, with great communication and follow-up. This was the first time for my partner and his parents to visit Cape Cod and staying in this perfect house made for a great trip for them. Thank you for allowing us the use of this oasis on the Cape. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Peace of paradise in Cape Cod

This property was a joy to stay at. All the spaces were so lovely to relax in. The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized . It was so well supplied with more than ample kitchenware, towels, games etc. We thoroughly enjoyed this little peace of paradise. Breakwater Shores

The cleanliness and owners attention to detail makes staying at this property a joy. The house is well appointed and comfortably furnished. It’s well stocked with games, books, electrical and water sports equipment and the private beach is wonderful. The house is located on a quiet street where there’s a friendly atmosphere. The house sits in well maintained mature gardens which provide a relaxed outdoor space for dining or lounging. Cape Cod vacation

We have stayed in many house rentals from Florida to California and between. We all thought this house was one of the best we have stayed in. Wonderful stay in Hyannis

The house is beautiful and spotless. The house has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. Very short walk to a beautiful private beach. The hosts met us at the property to review everything with us and to let us know to reach out with any issues. They also checked in a couple days later to ensure everything was ok. We had one very small issue with a running toilet which was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect house, location, and overall experience in Cape Cod

There’s no way to summarize the PERFECTION of this property!!!! The location is incredible.. even closer to the beach than it looks. Less than a minute walk! Every detail in the house has been thought of, included, updated, etc. Beautifully clean and well stocked with anything and everything you’d need for the kitchen, bathrooms, beach, water activities, and more. The owners are so helpful and communicative - and incredibly friendly/genuine to boot!! Within 24 hours, we were already back on VRBO to rebook another stay. Plenty of room for us and our three kids/tweens/teens to spread out. I could go on and on and on!!!!!!!!

Love it so much we went twice

This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional in every way

The property is like a "reveal" at the end of a home renovation reality show. It's simply gorgeous, beautifully designed, decorated, equipped and furnished. The gracious owners Jim & Alexia have truly thought of EVERYTHING... they should run an academy for VRBO owners. By far the finest property we've ever rented.

Surpasses expectation!

Wonderful! The 6 of us (3 adult couples) were very comfortable. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very nice outdoor spaces in a lovely neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. Perfect. And, Jim and Alexia are great hosts!

Immaculate Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at Breakwater Shores, starting with an in person warm welcome from Jim and Alexia on arrival. The house was truly immaculate in terms of its upkeep and presentation, everything had its place and it was exceptionally clean. It also had a cosy feel and vibe and included lots of helpful touches. It’s location was great - a very short walk to a lovely private beach and a walk to either Kalmus beach or Main Street which worked so well with our 20 month old daughter. Situated in a private close, we were happy to stroll around with our toddler, feeing safe and comfortable. Coming from overseas, it felt like the American dream! Cute picket fences, wholesome beach activities and casual restaurants - what more could you want!?

Amazing Family Vacation

This is a wonderful rental that is perfect for a family vacation- the owners have taken great care to make the house ready to go for a fun trip, and the location can’t be beat with 2m walk to the private beach and less than 5m drive to restaurants and attractions.

Cape Cod Vacation

We had a fantastic time at Jim and Alexia's home. They had everything you could possibly need in order to enjoy your vacation, and the house was in immaculate condition, with nothing out of place. Perfect location, only steps from the water, and within walking distance to Main St. I would 100% recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation.

Wonderful Stay

Jim and Alexia have thought of everything - they have a beautiful home that is incredibly well appointed. They are very responsive and quite helpful. We especially appreciated the high chair, toddler bed rails and other “kid friendly” amenities as the home, as we were traveling with our two young children. The private beach is only a short walk down the street - wonderful to look for crabs with the kids and pick up seashells along the shore. Could not recommend more highly!
