Wohnungen selbst sind fĂŒr ein Vier-Sterne-Ferienresort annehmbar. Allerdings ist das komplette GelĂ€nde mit Autos zugeparkt. Bis auf die wenigen Appartments direkt zum Strand hin schaut man von seiner Terrasse grundsĂ€tzlich auf Autos. Uns wurde ein Familienappartment im EG zugewiesen. Ging gar nicht. Haben dann in Ermangelung von Alternativen fĂŒr die nĂ€chste Kategorie nachgezahlt. Insgesamt fĂŒr das was geboten wird zu teuer. Alles schon sehr darauf aus möglichst viel Geld aus der Anlage zu holen. FĂŒr den Preis und das angepriesene Niveau hĂ€tten wir uns gerne deutlich mehr Flair gewĂŒnscht.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen. Trotz des noch neuen Zustands des Objektes waren bspw. Die Duschen oder WĂ€nde dreckig (Fugen etc.) den Toilettendeckel musste ich bei beiden WCs selber festschrauben und der Duschkopf war bei einer Dusche defekt ( Schlauch hatte keine Dichtung mehr) Die Lage der Unterkunft war super , direkt am Strand. Ebenso war der Pool sauber und groß. In der NĂ€he gab es die ein oder andere Möglichkeit, einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. FĂŒr das Apartment hĂ€tte ich mir jedoch mehr MĂŒllsĂ€cke gewĂŒnscht. So musste man tatsĂ€chlich alles selber kaufen. Alles in Allem war es jedoch eine gute Unterkunft, die wir nochmals buchen wĂŒrden !

Localisation idéale pour visiter la presqu'ßle

L'établissement est trÚs bien situé pour visiter la presqu'ßle de Giens et l'accÚs direct à la plage est trÚs agréable. Le personnel nous a mis à disposition du matériel pour bébé sur simple demande, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Par contre, l'appartement n'était pas trÚs propre lors de notre arrivée et les espaces verts ne sont pas du tout entretenus, c'est dommage.

Die RĂ©sidence ist noch etwas kahl und trostlos, dafĂŒr sehr ruhig. Die wenigsten Wohnungen haben einen Blick auf‘s Meer und auch keinen ins GrĂŒne. Es ist schade, dass ĂŒberall Autos parkiert sind. Ebenfalls hat mir gefehlt, dass kaum SpĂŒlmittel, keine Waschlappen, keine Kaffee-Kapsel und kaum WC Papier vorhanden sind. Es gibt nicht das notdĂŒrftigste in der KĂŒche, man muss also alles zuerst besorgen. Wunderschön ist der Strand, den man in paar wenigen Schritten erreicht.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in unmittelbarer StrandnĂ€he. Der Zustand des neuen Anwesens ist einwandfrei, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich und professionell.
