The staff was excellent and the room was clean. You had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The toilet was 14 inches off of the ground. The beds were very uncomfortable. We had to fold all of the blankets into pads to have a little cushion. It was a trip for a funeral, so was glad it was for only one night.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. It would have been a five star stay for the price we paid except the phone check-in for nights was right by our room and we could hear everything, making it hard to sleep. I had to turn the fan on to mask the noise, but that meant the heat wasn't on and it was a cold night.

Worst experience in my history of joining Expedia since they began operations in the 1990s.!! 7 contact tries with Motel 6 Rigby, reservations and call answer service was awful. Lock boxes to access rooms, no service counter response. Left frustrated at 11pm to find another hotel, will never use another Motel 6. The whole corporation gets a zero score based on this one location.
