When I saw the rooms on the website, I was initially excited — everything looked so nice, clean, and fresh, so I booked right away without hesitation. But when I arrived at the hotel, I got scared for a moment because the signs on the roof said “Quality Inn.” However, once I went inside, I realized that the renovation wasn’t fully completed yet, and the hotel actually had a different name. I ended up really liking it — the room was comfortable, and the service was great! I definitely recommend this place for a stay and some rest!

The property has the potential to be much better than it is. Housekeeping needs to step up cleaning (corners and area under table not swept). Windows need cleaning from handprints from little ones and adults alike. Patio/deck needs to be cleaned up and maintained to benefit guests and hotel.

Great option for a stay

Our family of 6 had an overnight stay after my daughter’s college graduation and we were completely satisfied with our room. We paid the little extra for the room with a view of the falls and the LDS temple and it was absolutely worth the upgrade. Standard hotel breakfast with waffles, which is all my kids request! The sofa bed really isn’t suitable for 2 so one daughter slept on the chaise of the sofa, which was so-so. Overall, would visit again.

Great for a family getaway

Was less expensive than hotels with a swimming pool for a a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. We loved the view from our room and the balcony. Breakfast was decent. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved the river walk right across the street. We also loved the aquarium that wasn’t too far away and a Walmart was also close.

Found strands of hair in sink and on counter. Heard a tapping noise from about 8 pm to 10 pm. Assume pipes in wall. Have stayed at hotel three times in last two years. Always has been great.
