This mountain cabin is the perfect getaway with all the amenities you could ask for. As you arrive, you'll notice the circular driveway that can accommodate all your guests and recreational vehicles. The front porch invites you into the beautifully maintained cabin that will meet all your needs. The living and dining areas with a fireplace are open to the kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen features a propane stove, microwave, dishwasher, closed cabinetry, and open shelving, plus a stack W/D. The family room has a vaulted ceiling, propane stove, clerestory windows, and slider opening to the back patio. Downstairs, you will find a bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms and a half bath for convenience. The backyard is a playground with a hot tub, hammock area, and a sleeping cottage for additional guests. You must see the family game room with a vaulted ceiling, wood stove, a bar area, a gaming area, and a TV area, all with unique artistic detailing - just plain fun!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

-Pets: Dogs are welcome, with a nightly fee per dog. If you plan to bring more than one, prior approval is required and additional fees may apply. For bookings made through third-party sites like Airbnb, the dog fee will be requested separately after your reservation is confirmed. Other animals: Any pet other than a dog must be approved in advance. A flat fee of up to $500 may apply depending on the type of animal.

- Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30-4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

- Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

- County permit number: 002208

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
