Hotel incrível, o restaurante interno é maravilhoso, café da manhã muito bom. Única observação, achamos a cama muito dura, tirando isso, o resto é excelente.

O hotel é relativamente muito bom! Porém ao chegarmos sentimos um cheiro forte de xixi ao lado da cama, e a aparência é que haviam limpado fazia tempo, não estava limpeza fresca! Avisamos na recepção, rapidamente foram limpar, mas ainda sim continuava, nos trocaram de quarto! Fomos para o segundo quarto, estava muito mais limpo e cheiroso, porém na segunda noite o quadro de dijuntores estava fazendo barulho de tensão e não estava acionando o desligamento quando tirava o cartão do suporte, ficamos com receio de dormir, avisamos a recepção e lá fomos para o terceiro quarto! Lá o barulho de tensão continuou, porém ao tirar o cartão desligava a energia! Não me senti segura e não dormimos tranquilos! O café da manhã do dia 01/01 foi muito fraco, não tinha quase nada de opções, no dia 02 melhorou muito, mas não tinha manteiga e sim margarina! O atendimento é bom, a localização também, a vista do restaurante é muito linda! Mas penso que poderiam ficar mais atentos aos detalhes e cuidarem dessa questão da eletricidade!

Hotel parece novo. Tudo limpinho. Funcionários todos atenciosos. Mas a cama é muito dura. (Claro que sei que tem gente que gosta) mas eu meu marido não conseguimos dormir. Chuveiro quentinho mas sai um jato pra cada lado e como é fraco, lavar os cabelos é meio dificil. Senti falta de comes e bebes no frigobar. Infelizmente eles não deixam nada no quarto oara comprarmos (apesar de ter uma geladeira na recepção para comprar bebidas). De um modo geral o custo benefício é bom. Mas essas coisas podiam melhorar. Obrigadaaa pelo atendimento. Isso foi nota dez!

O Hotel é bem localizado e muito bonito, o café da manhã estava ótimo. As cortinas black out no meio da janela me atrapalharam bastante porque elas não resolvem nada e a claridade toda entra no quarto, o chuveiro não esquenta muito nesse frio e eu tinha visto reclamações da privada e achei exagero, mas sim, ela é muito apertada.
