For a change of scenery holiday in South Finistère, we invite you to discover Île Tudy, by staying in this lovely family home from the 1960s-70s that can accommodate up to 4 people. Freshly renovated with taste, combining modern comfort, beautiful family furniture and lovely touches of well-balanced colours, this charming haven welcomes you with open arms. Upon entering, it smells of holiday memories! You can imagine taking a seat around the beautiful wooden table to enjoy a good meal, prepared in the lovely open-plan kitchen with a retro look.
Well equipped, you will be able to prepare good home-cooked meals thanks to its induction hob, traditional oven and microwave. You will also find a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Making breakfast will be a breeze, with a kettle, a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine, as well as a toaster.
To relax, a lounge area welcomes you with its new wood-burning stove, at your disposal.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are offered on the ground floor. Their original parquet flooring, beautifully restored, and the small beach huts and Senegalese fabrics that decorate them give them real character.
For a quiet moment to read, you will also find a relaxation lounge on the mezzanine.
To finish, you will find a lovely bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a laundry room in the garage with a washing machine. An independent toilet is also available.
But what would a holiday home be without its large garden? Enclosed, tree-lined, it is ideal for playing ball or hide-and-seek, whilst the adults busy themselves around the barbecue, before moving to the table on the large wooden terrace.
For greater comfort, you can park up to two vehicles on the plot, and store your bicycles in the garage.
