Estadia péssima

Acomodações sofríveis, matei duas baratas, uma no banheiro outra no quarto. O chuveiro a água caía para os lados e não sobre a gente. No banheiro não tinha nem um cabide para pendurar toalhas. O Hotel tinha várias salas com móveis e colchões desativados, parecendo depósitos.

Insatisfação.

Esta foi a nossa segunda visita na Pousada Rafimar. Na primeira fomos muito bem atendidos e as instalações atendiam as nossas expectativas. Nesta segunda vez o quarto em que ficamos era bem precário a tela da televisão era menor que a tela do meu notebook, o serviço de café da manhã foi muito ruim pelas opções, e o mal atendimento das atendentes, onde recusaram em fazer ovo mexido porque os hóspedes comiam muito e acabava desperdiçando, enfim não foi nada boa a nossa segunda visita a pousada, não sei se voltaremos algum dia.

Foi uma estádia favoráveis, ao pegar as toalhas pra tomar banho tinha uma macha pedi a troca e foi realizada com sucesso. Os lençóis rosa estava com cheiro muito forte e sujos, as roupas de camas também apresentava que estava sendo reutilizada sem lavar. Ao sair para passeio na cidade temos que deixar a chave na recepção beleza, achava que era o meio do hóspede não perder a chave e ao retornar percebemos que entraram no nosso quarto organizaram e assim foi todos oa dias que estava na estadia. A parte chata e não avisada,o quarto não tem nada que podemos guardar nosso pertence de valores, senti violada minha privacidade. Por outro lado os meninos da recepção bem prestativo, o café da manhã como estava descrito mas muito gostoso.

Foi horrível, atendimento ruim, preco de resort num lugar horrível. Ar condicionado parecia que ligava uma turbina de aviao a cada 5 minutos. Quarto minúsculo, cafe da manha horrível. Nunca vi um lugar pior.

Sobre o lugar. Bem confortável o quarto (pequeno) mais o suficiente para eu e meu namorado. No quarto pelo menos eu queria algo para guardar minhas coisas um armário (guarda roupa) só faltou isso. Mais em si o lugar é bacana, com atendimento bem bacana.

Excelente Custo Benefício

Todos da recepção são extremamente agradeveis em especial a Ana, nos chegamos antes do Check-in ela guardou nossa mochila para aproveitarmos o dia além de liberar o espaço da piscina. O Quarto é simples mas excelente tendo em vista o custo benefício.

Justifica o preço, perto de supermercados, bancos, farmácias e outros comércios, os funcionários são humanos super atenciosos, digo homanos porque há lugares que parece que um bando de robôs estão te atendendo. Só o café da manhã que poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Olá, hotel cobra 10% de taxa de serviço. Ao chegar o funcionário diz que ao final é obrigatório, mas outro havia dito que era opcional. Deverá ser informado melhor para os hóspedes. Café da manhã, bem simples. Precisa de mais cuidados, em não deixar destapado pães e outros alimentos, havia moscas e me deixou ao ver decepcionada. Limpeza nos quartos deve melhorar. Precisa de reparos e uma modernização com urgência . A pousada é muito boa e merece uma reforma com urgência , a fim de se adequar e se adaptar. No mais, os funcionários são bem atenciosos.

Café da manhã servido após as 08:30 e como iria participar de uma competição com largada as 09:00 não tivemos como aproveitar do mesmo, tivemos que procurar um outro local para tomá-lo. Se vc precisa sair cedo, ficará sem o café.
