The holiday apartment Raineri is located in Imperia just a short walk from the beach. The 1-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

Borgo Marina hosts the largest marina in the Mediterranean and several beaches with fine sand, and boats that organize tours to see dolphins and whales offshore. Borgo Marina’s iconic sandy beach ‘il Moletto Beach’ that offers freshly cooked fish.

From November 3rd to 5th there is a new oil fair called "OLIOLIVA" in Imperia. Various food specialties, handcrafted by artisans, are displayed at this festival. Near the houses there are shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets, all within walking distance as well as markets for products, freshly caught fish or crafts. Porto Maurizio’s Farmers Market is every Tuesday and Thursday. The Farmers Market in nearby town ‘Oneglia’, every Wednesday and Saturday. Distance to the city centre of Porto Maurizio: 300 mt In Imperia, there is a new bicycle path that goes as far as Ospedaletti and another section up to Diano Marina has been opened.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos - Google-Übersetzer war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand und in zentraler Lage in Imperia, allerdings auch direkt an der Hauptstraße SS1 Aurelia. Der Strassenverkehr ist sehr laut. Der Strand ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Eisdielen und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (wir empfehlen La Rustica).Wifi ist vorhanden, funktioniert allerdings nicht oder nur seeeeehr langsam. Die Sicherung fliegt schon mal raus, wenn man duscht, gleichzeitig jemand kocht und die Waschmaschine läuft. Klimaanlage ist prima! Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, man kommt für wenig Geld mit dem Bus nach Sanremo und Cervo. Auch hier war unsere Vermieterin sehr hilfreich und hat uns Tipps gegeben.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, der Strand und die Stadt sind in nullkommanix erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, an Küchenutensilien ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, was besonders im Sommer hilfreich ist. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserhahn außen, mit dem man sich die Füße abwaschen kann, wenn man vom Strand kommt. Viel Stauraum, großzügige Zimmer -- wirklich ganz toll. Die Vermieterin (Caterina) ist auch total nett und nutzt den Google Translator, wenn sonst nichts klappt -- Englisch ist schwierig, aber Französisch klappt! Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) in der Wohnung und das ging sehr gut. Absolute Empfehlung!
