About 4 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio and about 6 km from Imperia Oneglia, 3.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the motorway exit. The residence is located in the middle of a park on several levels (terrace) and is sunny all day.

18,000 square metres, overlooking the hill of Porto Maurizio, framed by

the blue sky, the blue sea and the Val Prino the church of Poggi between silver olive trees. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
