Our cabin is just a short walk from the lake and a private dock, offering easy access for swimming, boating, and fishing. Surrounded by a diverse mountainous landscape, the area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy hiking trails, downhill or cross-country skiing, cycling, snowmobiling, and more right at your doorstep.

Amazing Place

We came up to ski a few days at Gore. The house was, beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. My family loved it and we are all looking forward to another trip!

Great Cabin!

We stayed here visiting the area for a few days. It is a beautiful home and is probably more spacious than the photos seem. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with all that is needed. It was the perfect location being close to town and the Marina. We would love to come again!

Excellent host! It was a pleasure to be their guest at this AMAZING private location on a private loop of nice and spread out cabins. Camp Admore is very updated and well maintained with all the modern conveniences of home and more! We hiked! We swam! We RELAXED and had a fire each night with smores! Can't wait to go back!

Great house, lovely location,

There was extensive cleaning to be done on arrival. Dirty dishes in sink and dishes washed and to be put away. Counters needing cleaning. Floor swept. We expected some of this, based upon the message that the cleaning person was called away. The bathrooms on lower and middle level were not cleaned: hair in tub, toothpaste on sink counter, toilet needing attn. There were damp used towels in these bathroom too. We eventually found some bath towels but not hand towels. One suggestion a binder or folder with instruction about the location for trash disposal and other preferences'/suggestions. We double bagged the trash at end of trip and left in kitchen, since we never found a trash barrel outside. We noted the sign that sign “Guest please use empty drawers” too late. We did our best, the owner refunded our cleaning fee, which was helpful. Maybe this was just a newer rental, and will improve.

Great winter getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Camp Admore. The central location allowed us to explore several destinations within an hour radius, but lots to do in the immediate area too. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed. The loft was great for when the kids needed their own space! Would love to return in the Summer months!

Wonderful Adirondack Escape

John's house is beautiful, an extremely cozy cabin located in a very quiet neighborhood. John was also extremely responsive and super helpful, can't recommend this spot enough!
