The linens and surfaces were clean. Mattresses and ceiling were stained. The outside of the building really needs paint. The carpeting in the common areas needed vacuuming. Pool had a closed sign when I checked in but the staff said they forgot to take the sign down. Next day we went to use it and they told us it was closed for health issues. When backing to checkout I found what appeared to be a bed bug. I called the desk and they said “okay”. Nothing else. Turned out to be a carpet bug. But their response was concerning
