Welcome to the Circle City Charmer! Your home away from home in the heart of the city and close to everything Indy has to offer. Our home was built in 1880, and presents old world charm with fresh upgrades, modern finishes and traditional decor. The property includes access to a two car garage, private and fenced back yard with chairs, grill and fire pit. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate at our coffee bar and sit on the porch to enjoy! Our home is perfect for hanging out or a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Perfect for business professionals, families, attending sporting events, or a cozy night in. Walk to the new Bottleworks district & Mass Ave or Murat/Old National theaters and only one mile north of Monument Circle, IU Natatorium, Lucas Oil, Gainbridge and the convention center. Less than a mile to 8 downtown hospitals.

Guest access:
Make yourself at home! Enjoy this entire two story home and private parking in the two car garage and a private fenced back yard (unique in the city)! Within walking distance to many downtown corporate offices, many places to eat and all Indy has to offer.

While city life brings with it the usual commotion, we have taken steps to mitigate city noise. Please ask questions or check out our reviews if you have any questions!

Sleeping Arrangements: The home has two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and a single rollaway, and in bedroom two, a queen bed, We also have a queen air mattress, and the couch is also an option (while not a pull out). The home comfortably sleeps 5-6. The nightly rate includes up to 5 people. There is an additional guest charge of $35/per person per night.

Most downtown locations are a short walk, Uber, or scooter ride away!

Parking: Feel free to use our 2 car garage. The driveway can also accommodate an additional 2 spots. There is also street parking available.

PLEASE review all house rules and consider before booking. If you are unable to abide by these rules, unfortunately our home may not be a good fit. We will ask for your agreement and guest list prior to sending door codes.

~NO smoking (of any kind, anywhere on property).
~NO parties (this includes gatherings and additional unregistered guests).
~NO pets / animals (this does include ESA, sorry we have extreme allergies).
~Primary booking guest must be staying on property during the reservation and responsive to messages in case of emergency.

We have external cameras. Charges will incur for any damage to the home or property, additional cleaning needed, extra guests (more than 5), evidence of smoking in or on the property (of any kind) and bringing pets. Thank you for respecting our home as you would your own, we strive to make this a great place for all of our guests.

Cozy house!

We brought our 2 young kids for a couple nights and the house was great. I loved the big bathroom upstairs. The house has a very cozy feel. If you have young kids- don’t forget a stroller- the Bottleworks is within walking distance and we also enjoyed the Leviathan Bake House nearby.

Create accommodations great location

The house is absolutely adorable so nicely decorated. Everything you can imagine you would need in the kitchen is here. walking distance to great restaurants and nice neighborhood. The host was so accommodating and has thought of everything you would need to stay here. The linens and beds were extremely comfortable. We will be back here for sure.!

Best Friends Milestones Celebration

I brought my best friend of 41 years to Indianapolis last weekend to celebrate two milestones in her life. Her 65th birthday and her retirement all in the same year!Our accommodations were absolutely fabulous! Ashley had everything ready when we arrived and was very accommodating to all our needs. Her place is one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in! First of all, it was so clean!! One of the first things I look at when I arrive. Secondly, it truly had everything we needed. She thinks of everything to make her guest feel right at home! Location was also perfect to everything we did that weekend. Very centrally located and a perfect spot to get anywhere you need to be. Great neighborhood in the city. Thank you again Ashley, for everything! When we return to Indianapolis, we will be staying there again!Melanie

A Nice Place To Stay

Everything was a advertised...worked perfect for our plans in Indianapolis...only a couple of suggestions...1) It would be quite helpful to have a railing for the front door steps. 2) Please consider changing your check-out time, 10am seems too early, would suggest changing to 12noon or 1pm...THANKS! We took a small girls trip and this house was perfect! Loved the layout and the two bedrooms were comfy and good sizes. The neighborhood seems safe and we were able to walk to mass ave for great food and drinks.

Right near everything

Came down to take our 18 month old to the Children’s museum(10 mins away). We also ate at The garage food court (5 mins away). Mass ave is also 5 mins away and we stopped at the Needler’s grocery (5 mins away). House was clean and full of good amenities.

We had a great stay over a weekend. The home is just as advertised and we really appreciated the cleanliness, easy communication with Ashley and location - we were 5 minutes from The Fountain Room for dinner on Friday and 7 minutes from Futuro Pizza on Saturday. Not one issue - many thoughtful touches throughout - would highly recommend!

Charming house!

From the beginning conversations with the owner until saying goodbye, everything was just fabulous! We were in town for a family wedding where everyone was staying at The Bottleworks hotel. This house was just a short, safe walk to meet everyone for drinks. And so many food choices are available at The Garage as well! The wedding was held at The Tinkerhouse which was just about a 5 minute car ride! Perfect location to both venues! The house was extremely clean and nicely decorated! It had everything that we needed! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Even though we only stayed one night, this property was very cozy and the sleeping accommodations were wonderful. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet and a quick drive to Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Came for Bands Of America Grand Nationals

My granddaughter’s high school band was competing at Lucas Oil Stadium in the BOA Grand National Marching Bands. My daughter and I wanted a quiet place to stay not far from there, as 113 bands were convening on the hotels near the stadium. We found THE perfect, cute, immaculate 2 bedroom less than 2 miles from there! We walked all over, rented scooters and Ubers and were in a very safe area. The house was charming and Ashley, the owner (with her husband Terry) was very responsive and happy to answer quickly any questions we had. Best rental EVER!!!!

Marathon Visit

My son ran the Indy Marathon so this house was a perfect spot, We were less than a block away from the runners at mile 4 so we were able to cheer him on early. The weather was good so we walked downtown to the finish line. I would recommend this house to anyone who is interested in visiting Indianapolis. You have your own garage, street parking was never a problem and safe to walk places. The house is super cute, very clean and has everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was adorable and communication with the host was excellent. We had every little detail that we needed. The house was in a safe area and easy to commute to Mass Avenue for shopping and restaurants as well as the Lucas Oil Stadium. I look forward to another trip to Indy and would definitely rent this property again.

Cute house in a great neighborhood!

We traveled to Indianapolis for the weekend for a Colts game. It was our first time in the city, and we wanted to stay in a nice neighborhood that would be in walking distance of restaurants so we wouldn’t have to do much driving. This house was in a nice neighborhood and a short walk (about 10 - 15 minutes) to a lot of restaurants! We thought we would drive to get closer to Lucas Oil Stadium the day of the game but ended up just walking there. It was about a 50 minute walk but we didn’t mind as the weather was nice and we got to explore the city more. The house was so cute and comfortable! It had everything we needed for our stay. The sound machines were a great addition! Being from a small town, we weren’t used to the city noise and were glad to have them to drown out the noise at night. They’ve done a great job of making the house feel comfortable and homey! If we ever return to Indianapolis again, I will definitely check to see if this place is available!
