Night shift was snarky when we checked in when he had cash for the deposit, I even went back on the website and could not find where the deposit was on the website. No extra bedding for the pull out couch, when asked front desk said oh I’ll see if I have some snarky. Bedding had stains and so did the shower curtain. Still waiting on the deposit to be back in our account. Overall not happy with the experience and will not be back.

The room was great but the complimentary breakfast was non existent. When we got down to have breakfast there was nothing there and when we asked about it the hostess went and put a couple muffins on a plate. Very disappointing

So there was no confidence when we first got there at the hotel. The initial assessment was that this room was dirty and not cared for. The Closet was a curtain hiding a cubby with shelves that were too high for a full suitcase and no where to put clothes for 4 people. No where to even put a suitcase so that we could even live out of it. We had to put the ironing board up which did not fit in the "cubby" to put our suitcase on. Windows and air conditioning were dirty and the unit had a metal piece that was very close to the bed and was just waiting to catch a foot or two. We had to wedge it with something to keep it from being tripped over. The Kitchen? I have seen some low level housing units with better kitchens. The fridge had a burn mark in the freezer yet did work but not asthetically pleasing. The bedroom was small and reminded me of an old style hospital. Everywhere I looked there were marks on the wall that needed to be repaired or cleaned. LIving areas? There was two chairs and no couch? Don't get me started on the bathroom, the tub had parts where there was no enamel and was very unsightly. Again the floors were dirty and disgusting especially under the bed where most hotels have a base where you cannot loose something under the bed, this one of course did not. The final touches were not there at tall and the management really dropped the ball. There was advertised that there was a sofa couch with this room and there was not. My son slept on the floor

We booked a room with two twin beds and a sofa bed. The hotel claimed not to have any sofa beds. The gave me a roll-away bed that was full of holes, nasty stains, and food still on it. I called both the corporate office and Hotels.com. I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours and got the same response from both, "take it up with your credit card company." The chairs were broken, the windows were cracked, there were no utensils or trashcans. I for days there was no maid service. When we asked the front desk for new tiles they told us to bring them down and we could wait while they would wash them. I have pictures documenting all of this, and more. I will never stay at any Extended Stat America, nor ever use Hotels.com again.

The worst hotel in the usa

Booked room 3 weeks prior to arrival Landed late flight got delayed Arrived at your facility advise no room You took my money but no room Attendant stated we over booked Try to cancel and go to other facilities no go no cancellation allowed Waited for hours then they gave us your spare room in case of emergency Room was dirty filthy no kitchen utensils no towels Tv didn’t work Spoke to from desk to please clean No way you have to a week Asked for towels Come and get them yourself Toilet plugged Come and get plunger yourself Minimum supplies for breakfast Tub was dirty with paint and plaster People hanging out outside of facilities One night fire in trash can outside of hotel No one at front deck hz d to yell to get them up front Wow I’m very very sad about your service at this hotel Poor poor service Would not recommend!!!

There were a number of items that did not work, the phone did not work, the shower head was stopped up with buildup of calcium, the commode seat was not attached, the lamp was inoperative on one side of the bed, the chair was broken. I travel for a living and this was the WORST I have ever experienced!

This hotel was absolutely terrible. Room was disgustingly dirty (floor had not been swept & had gum stuck to it; shower had streaks of grime & hair running down the walls; toothpaste smeared on the bathroom counter; unidentified white smears on the TV). The entire hotel smelled of weed. Everything in the room was falling apart. Furniture was all thoroughly worn; the finish on the bathtub was peeling away; bathroom door was broken (as if it had been kicked in); there was a gap under the hotel room door that a golf ball could have fit under; towel rack was covered in rust. We had no towels in our room when we arrived. When we went down to the front desk to get some, we were initially told that they did not have any available and to double check our room as they should be in there (spoiler alert - they were not). The hand towel that we did have in the room was dirty. They have a sticker posted on the bathroom mirror outlining their 10-point cleaning checklist. What an absolute joke! The windows have zero sound insulation. There were homeless people living in the bushes behind the hotel. I think the only positive thing about the room was that the AC worked well (almost too well!). We asked about changing rooms but were told that there was nothing else available (we were there Memorial Day weekend). We had no other option but to tough it out. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but this was beyond my wildest dreams of how bad things could be.

DISASTER!

This place was amazing 2 years ago. This stay was HORRIBLE. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Neither had a pull out couch. We had to go buy an air mattress. Place was dirty even though we were told we couldn't check in early because they were cleaning. Cabinet face had fallen off, laminate around the stove was peeling, there was red paint on the doors, tub was peeling and dirty, toilet seat was loose, and not clean, turned on the heat and thought the place was going to catch fire, AC didn't work, found out after loosing food that the freezer didn't work. That's only the one room! Not to mention listening to a woman smacking her children around in the hall and our second room listening to a domestic disturbance at 3am.

Cheap for a reason

When my Husband and I arrived around 6pm our room was still not ready, we just drove hours away so the young man at the counter went to our room and I'm guessing probably just changed the bedding because the floors were filthy, there was melted chocolate stuck to the pull out couch, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our t.v in the living room area didn't work so we had to watch t.v in the bedroom and not able to fully enjoy our Suite. I thought because it was very cheap we'd stay another night so I reserved a Suite with a King bed, hoping the t.v would work, but they ended up keeping us in the same room, only I had to checkout and check back in at 3. They did thoroughly clean the room but the t.v still didn't work and we were kinda forced to go back to that room. It was just a stressful process. They were trying to charge me the price of the King Suite I reserved for the Queen suite they kept me in. I was just frustrated and I will never go back. Also at like 3am a family came in probably traveling all night and no one was there to help them, they stood in the lobby for an hour waiting for help, only to have to find another hotel to stay at.

I was very pleased with my stay. Judy was exceptional. She was not the Judy I had anticipated, as I had jokingly said. In all seriousness, she was wonderful with a great hospitality.

Terrible Experience

This was the worst hotel we've been to in a long time! We booked a King with Sofa bed room. The room was super dirty, the toilet didn't work, and the sofa bed was broken. When we told the front desk, they said that they needed to update the site and they don't offer sofa beds. They also said that the room that we booked was under maintenance! I don't know why they put us there to begin with. So long story short they didn't have any other rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children so they cancelled our reservation with no apology and we had to get a new hotel. Beware of booking here!

When walking into the front desk no one was there for 30min. My room was down stairs. The hallway had a funny smell to it. My room it smelled funny. I seen the pictures of this hotel and the rooms was great. I want be coming back. Down stairs side door which is broke so anyone can walk in. Also that glass on the side down is broke. The only good spot was the front desk guy. He was nice . It was loud noise fighting in the hallway
