I paid ahead for a king studio suite. Upon check in they gave me a wheelchair accessible two double beds. Then said when u pay online it does not guarantee a room. Not booking with them ever again. I asked for an adjustment due tot he inconvenience and have yet to hear back from the manager two days later.

The staffis extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived almost 2 hours before check in. The front desk was not only able to get us checked in early but did do with a smile on her face. Room was extremely clean and quiet. Its conveniently located near dining and shopping. Not sure how far from the track it actually is but i don't imagine it being to far. Definitely worth it here.

Would have liked more pillow options, as opposed to all 4 of them being as soft as a marshmallow. However, the room was clean with plenty of space and I'd definitely stay again
