For our one night stay, our room was very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs. The staff member we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating in our request for a room on a specific floor. It was in a convenient location for us as well.

I'm giving it a 3 stars only because the breakfast was so good and the staff was very friendly. I was very disappointed to find the pool was closed. This happened another time we tried to stay at a different Hampton. I also booked a room that was supposed to sleep up to 5-6 people only to find there was no sofa bed. Since it was only a 1 night stay we made due. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Very tough to get a good clean shower. I think I will start staying at a different hotel chain. I did not have this experience staying at a Holiday INN. I understand maintenance is important but I wish Hotels.com would alert you when there are amenities that are not available.
