Flying into Indiana four times a year, used to be 8, for the past 5 years and counting. Stay here every time over any other local ones the past few years. Clean rooms, great staff, good food and service at Burger Theory. The airport shuttles are on time and staffed with great people! Highly recommend this hotel.

everything was ok except housekeeping tried to get inside my room at 10 am started to knock on doors at 10 am and the again after 30 mins. the check out its at noon why do they do that. people wants to relax. management needs to tell their employees no to do that its very annoying and disrespectful when people are still inside of the room. also when i tried to get coffee the coffee was cold and i asked the front desk and she came back and said coffee time was over. really?? coffee is very important for customers when its cold outside it something that hotel should provide to the customers

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The people were the most hopeful and we loved that when we called this hotel we got actual people working there who were able to answer the questions we had and were very polite. The restaurant on site was just okay. We never had a chance at the breakfast. We used the airport shuttle to get back to the hotel after dropping off our rental. We also used it at 3am to get to the airport. Very helpful, the drivers were good and helpful. Overall the hotel staff and location was the best thing about this hotel.

Hotel was great. However their snow removal braces a lot to be desired. Parking spots were not plowed, nor were the handicapped spots, this was Monday, day after storm. They had made somewhat an effort on the sidewalks but snow got pushed back up on them from clearing main driveway in front of building. I would expect better for spending nearly $200 for a night.
