The passageway from the rear bedroom to the kitchen on the ground floor is 26 1/2” with the measurement at the floor by the baseboards, being 25 1/2” wide. $200 fee for misstatement of number of guests/pets plus the listed per day per person/pet fee. Fee converts to damage.
$400 for Smoking or Vaping of any substance indoors. $600 fine and expulsion for holding a party. Run/do dishes while checking out.

Close to Eachristic Congress

Home was a little rough, set in a neighborhood that is rough. I spent LESS for Florida homes with screened in pools and less worries walking at night; for a longer stay. Had it not been for the Eacharistic Congress, this would have been a pass.
