The house was in good shape and had everything needed, but it could have been cleaner upon arrival. The bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned, some things in the kitchen weren't wiped off, and the white shag area rug and ottoman in the living room were visibly dirty. The location allowed easy access to Indy and the interstate. The neighborhood wasn't great, especially the surrounding streets.

The house was cute. Loved the coffee when arrived! Only wished there were tvs in bedrooms per Kids request. Strong smell of bug spray that overwhelmed the house. Didnt spend the night but would have if aired out.

Check in was really quick and easy. We used a key code to get in and a code to disarm the alarm. I had a few questions and the host answered immediately. Property was clean.and modern.

The house has a lot of character and history, with interesting Indiana memorabilia on the walls. There are some nice amenities like board games for kids, an iron, and a fire pit.
