This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at using Hotels.com. It was roach invested and the sheets on the bed were not clean. I highly recommend that Hotels.com remove this hotel from your website. I am a business woman and me and my organization were very disappointed with the service, cleanliness of this hotel. They treated me as if I was this homeless low income customer. I respectfully ask that hotels.com refund me my money for the stay at this hotel and compensation for the inconvenience. I left my clothes and computer equipment in my car and slept in the chair that was in the hotel room to ensure that roaches would not get into my luggage nor my computer bag.

It was the cheapest motel option in the area. Noisy guests during the night outside in the hallway. There was plastic under the sheets which made a rustling noise when moving around while sleep. The plastic also reflected body heat making me warm. The AC was noisy when going off and on.

My experience here was a zero out of 10 they told me go ahead and swipe your car and so I was like oh can I use tap pay they were like yeah I’m like OK cool so that’s what I did then they proceeded to not give me my deposit back to come back up there and re-reset my car could’ve been told me that Then the room I was in her aunt there was a lady who asked my fiancé. Did he want to buy some Coochie the front desk worker stained real bad and just overall out of 10

I would never stay here again or recommended this place to no one!!!! My friends family and myself will definitely be putting how horrible this place is and how they will take advantage of people and keep their security deposits over a couple dirty towels. Also we will be letting everyone know all over the internet and social media. And if I was you guys I would not recommend this place to anyone they are horrible

There was no table and chairs in the room no trash. I was told that everything was included in the amount that I paid and the guy at the front desk try to get an extra $50 for me for the deposit and the game wanted to go down to $20 in the deposit.
