This beautiful, brand new luxury townhome is in the perfect downtown Indy location. With stunning decor and living spaces stretched across multiple levels, enjoy a four-bedroom retreat while you experience all that Indianapolis has to offer.



• 1st floor has queen-over-queen bunks (w/ PacMan game) + a full bath and access to the private 2-car garage (w/ ping pong).

• 2nd floor includes a stocked chef's kitchen and generous-sized living room (with queen murphy bed) plus a 1/2 bath.

• 3rd level includes primary master bedroom and ensuite bath + an additional bedroom + full bath + laundry.

• 4th floor has workspace + bar + queen murphy bed + deck.



There is also a private 2-car garage with a ping pong table for your use. Please park in your garage or in front of it. If you need more parking, there is also street parking easily available.

The unit is new and very nice and spacious. Terrific third floor deck with view of downtown. Only difficulty is construction happening immediately behind the unit, but host was very good about communicating with construction company.
