Parking
One 2-car garage included (size-restricted; approx. 17' x 17' – oversized vehicles may not fit). Guests and tenants should verify vehicle size compatibility prior to arrival. Free public street parking is available nearby but not guaranteed and not controlled by the property owner.
Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• 2 Exterior Cameras: (1 Front Porch, 1 on exterior Garage)
• There is sofa and an extra bed.
• One 2-car garage included (size-restricted; approx. 17' x 17' – oversized vehicles may not fit)
• Early Check/Late Checkout $50.00
House rules
• No smoking, vaping, events, parties, or large gatherings allowed anywhere at the property
• Please be mindful of noise levels there is one noise, smoking, vaping monitor located in the family room there is no video or audio recording
• Observe Quiet Hours 11pm-7am
• Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the OTA
• Only registered guests are allowed
• Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
• There will be a $500.00 fee in the event you have accessed physical keys and remove them from the property after your reservation and keys are not returned in less than 24 hours
