Each of the four bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, featuring high-quality bedding and flat-screen TVs in every room, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows at the end of the day. The primary suite includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

The resort-style backyard is where you'll want to spend most of your time—whether you’re taking a dip in the large, pool, soaking in the private hot tub under the stars, or lounging poolside with a drink in hand. There's also an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and plenty of space for sunbathing, games, or evening gatherings.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including a private pool, an engaging game room, and a bocce court. Ample on-site parking is available, and all household amenities are at your disposal, such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and various entertainment options. This spacious home is perfect for gatherings of family and friends, providing everything you need—just bring your luggage.

A car is recommended for getting around, as local attractions and amenities are best accessed by vehicle. There is ample parking available on the property. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available if needed. Major highways are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the broader Coachella Valley area.

Other Things to Note:

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM will be strictly enforced.

- The number of guests must not exceed what is stated on the reservation and will be monitored via security cameras on the property.

- Violating any of these rules will result in an immediate $1,000 fine and the cancellation of your reservation.

- We do not offer pool heating. However, we do offer access/heating to the hot tub at a rate of $60 per day. Please note that the heater must be turned off once the hot tub reaches the desired temperature—it cannot be left running continuously.

- The Main house AC needs to be set to 70 degrees and cannot be lowered to prevent AC will freezing. For your extra comfort there are two portable AC's in the 2nd Master bedroom and 2nd Living room where the bunk is located
