Lava Family Inn sijaitsee vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ Lavan kuumista lÀhteistÀ, ja siinÀ on uinti, letkut, puistot, ravintolat, ostosmahdollisuudet, ruokakaupat, museot jne. Jos olet hiihtÀjÀ, Pebble Creek Ski Resort on myös vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ.

Kiinteistömme on tĂ€ysin kalustettu, 7 makuuhuoneen, 5 Âœ kylpy, loma-asunto. Ihanteellinen suurten tai useamman perheen yhdistĂ€miseen, retriitteihin, hĂ€ihin ja vastaanottoihin. TĂ€ydellinen tausta taustakuviin. Koti on hyvin yksinĂ€inen, ympĂ€röivĂ€n kasvillisuuden, nurmettuneen pihan, pienen lampi ja lĂ€pi kulkevan puron kanssa, ja villielĂ€imiĂ€ voi nĂ€hdĂ€ melkein pĂ€ivittĂ€in, etenkin aamuisin ja iltaisin.

Sijaitsee Kaakkois-Idahossa - tunnin ja 45 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ pohjoiseen Salt Lake CitystÀ. YmpÀröivÀt yleisen maan vuoret, joiden polut ovat tÀydellisiÀ retkeilyyn, kÀvelylle, pyörÀilyyn, maastopyörÀilyyn, neljÀÀn pyörÀilyyn ja ratsastukseen. Portnuef-joki sijaitsee aivan kiinteistön alapuolella, ja urheilijat pÀÀsevÀt taimenen kalastukseen erinomaisesti. Jokilla on useita juomareittejÀ uimiseen lÀhellÀ tai vain monien vesiputouksien seuraamiseksi. Lava Hot Springs ei ole ainoa kuuma lÀhde kÀydÀ Idaho. Perhekodistamme 46 mailia itÀÀn tulisi kÀydÀ Soda SpringsissÀ, Idahossa, joka on yksi maailman vain vankeudessa pidetyistÀ geysireistÀ! This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Lava Family Inn. Joel and family are awesome to work with, very responsive and welcoming. The space is fantastic for our big family and we spent some time at the sanctuary this time around. The kids loved feeding the ducks, playing outside and all of the toys and games inside.

Family Reunion

Second time staying here

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. There is plenty of room for all 17 of us. Property is beautiful and perfect for outdoor games and for kids to play. Good location in relation to city of Lava. The upper floor does get quite warm but, fans are provided in each of the rooms to try and help with that.

Quiet, safe, and comfortable

Our family included 23 individuals and we had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and just hanging out. The grandchildren had great spaces for exploring, playing tag, capture the flag, swing, duck feeding, and more. The adults enjoyed the decks and beauty of the surrounding trees. This property was amazing. Very clean. Host was amazing to communicate with me on anything I needed. We loved the wild turkeys and ducks. They greeted us every morning. Great place for a large group!

We had a great weekend at the Lava Family Inn and definitely would recommend it! We had 16 in our group in total and there was more than enough space. The kitchen and living areas are great for spending time together and playing games. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The host was great with communication and ensured we had a lovely stay. There are ducks and wild turkeys at the property which were very entertaining and fun to watch. Only downside of that is the ducks are pretty messy and despite our efforts to keep them away from the front entrance, they really like to hang out there and leave their messes where everyone has to walk to enter the home. We also visited the Sanctuary down the road and it is quite beautiful and peaceful. I can imagine in summer it would be so much fun. All in all, I wound highly recommend this property for any group retreat or family reunion. Thank you!

Fun Stay

We loved our time here. The house was perfect for our needs and the size of our family! We especially loved the yard with the wild animals coming in to visit each day. The house was clean, the yard is immaculate. It was a little ways from Lava Hot Springs, but not too far. We liked being by ourselves up on the hillside! I would highly recommend a stay here

Private river property is amazing!

We absolutely loved being at the beautiful, peaceful, private river sanctuary. The family loved playing and swimming in and around the rock waterfalls. Kids rode tubes down the falls. We had paddle boards and kayaks too. The house was fantastic and accommodated 38 of us. My only complaint is the basement is outdated and needs a good facelift. The yard is shady and private. Great place to host a reunion. The house is better than the pictures show it to be (except the basement rooms) and there are bigger beds and extra mattresses than what is listed. Joel was super helpful through texts and calls to help me know what was available so I could assign families the right size rooms. He is friendly and great to work with. The master bed is unbelievably huge!

Young Women’s Camp

This was the perfect property for our youth camp! We spent most of the time outside on the beautiful shaded, property. There were so many beds and places to sleep for everyone. The pantry was large to keep all of our food. It was perfect, and I want to come back for a family reunion!

Great family reunion location

This was an ideal set-up for our family reunion of 34 people. We loved the large kitchen and large group gathering areas. The upstairs was a little warm (it was the middle of July), but the rest of the house was very comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely with plenty of grassy areas and shade. Communication with the owner was easy, immediate, and clear.
