The room was super tiny with no where to put suitcases, but reading reviews I knew this would be a sacrifice to having a convenient walk to the train. What we didn’t know was that our room on the 12th floor was right under the bar dance floor and that they would play music so loud until 1:45 a.m. on Daturfay night that it shook our bed. My husband went up to talk to them at 11:30 p.m. in the bar and they told him that it was a “Special Occasion” event and that it would end at 12:00. They lied. I would not recommend this hotel and especially not staying on the 12th floor.

Clean and comfortable hotel convenient to the bus and railway stations. A short walk to the centre, lots of places to eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar/breakfast room with views over Innsbruck. Breakfast quite expensive but convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

Location,Location Location!

This hotel is steps away from the train station. It could not be easier to get from the train to here-you cross no streets. The front desk crew is awesome; professional, polite and friendly. Check in was easy. The room is modern with an awesome view of the mountains. We were on the train side-but you would not know it! The room was quite quiet. The room was clean and looked updated. The hotel is located less than a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and all of the attractions. If I come back to Innsbruck, I will come back here!

The people are wonderful. The beds are terrific, but this is a working vacation for me and no Internet on the one day I need to be working and no one seems to have an idea when it’ll come back… Very disappointing.

This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

The perfect place for a short stay in Innsbruck

Accommodation feels brand new, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Room has a magnificent view as promised. Comfortable bed, immediate access to trains and close to the historic center. Breakfast was excellent, served in comfort “in the sky”.
