We really enjoyed the hot tub we were not able to use the fireplace to warm We really loved our stay. The only thing that was A little inconvenient was that we had an issue with our very out dated toilet and we called the front desk and were told we had to come to office and pick up a plunger from bath room in lobby was not even given to us my husband was very up set about that . Like I stated we enjoyed our stay but due to that situation we may think twice of staying there again . Marybeth and Tom Brown

It was very impressed with the professional and courteous staff, well kept and maintained rooms and grounds, and amenities. Located in a great spot with easy access to Crawford and Pinkham Notches as well as North Conway. I look forward to staying again!

What i didn't like was the shower had no grab bars in the sticky things that go on the bottom of the tub were worn out ,toilet paper holder was back near the toilet tank chip sink the front door you could see day light ,the bed was good and the chair was good to sit in on your back,to.me this shower is unsafe for elderly people to useother than that view was good.
