The villa boasts 5 spacious rooms, including a matrimonial bedroom and a room with two single beds, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private entrance. Enjoy the warm Italian sun on the spacious balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush garden.
All the amenities you need to relax are present. The villa has gas/pellet heating, gas stove, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator as well as washing machine and iron. The private garden is perfect for relaxing in the outdoor area and enjoying a good glass of wine.
Small dogs and cats are accepted, taking care not to let them sleep, for obvious reasons, on the beds in the rooms.
