The room was clean but the hallway carpet was atrocious and dirty! The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but couldn’t resolve our problem. The chair in the room needs to go to the dump. The vinyl is peeling and it is stained.

Our stay was great. We were there for my mom’s surgery due to cancer and not only was it a cozy place to rest it was in the perfect place and distance from the hospital! Staff was great and quick to assist with anything needed

Slept soundly, very friendly breakfast lady. Good breakfast. Only issues where our room was NEVER cleaned the entire stay. Room should have been cleaned every other day. No trash pickup in the room after 3 days. Also my toddler would like the pool to be heated (lol).

Weathered hotel

The bench at the end of the bed was heavily stained. The one comfortable chair's seat cushion was old and cracked and shedding all over the place. We had moved our daughter into her dorm and was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and sadly it was empty. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I accidentally left two chargers into the wall behind the chair because there was only one plug on my side of the bed. I called when I got back to St. Louis and of course no found my chargers.
