El frigobar no servía, llamé y me dijeron que porque estaba desconectado, lo cual tuve que hacer al ver que no enfriaba, no tuve secadora de pelo, la caja de seguridad no servía tampoco y el teléfono del hotel tampoco, había que hacerlos por celular, lo cual yo no traía

Lentitud del personal al check in ( 03 personas resolviendo 1 problema). Habitación sin agua caliente y toalla manchada. Se solicito ayuda en recepción y se molestaron, esperamos 1 hora para que repararán el inconveniente (no sucedió). Mejor llegó el muchacho del turno nocturno y nos cambio de habitación. Era nuestro hotel favorito para llegar, me siento muy decepcionada.

Al ingresar la habitación asignada resulta q no estaba limpia y nos tuvieron q reubicar, en la segunda habitación un foco fundido, no funcionaba el estractor del baño y una pequeña cucaracha salió de entre las sábanas de la cama; y el día q salíamos bajamos a desayunar y cuando subimos ya no habia toallas ni para secar manos ni papel de baño, creo q nos estaban corriendo. Decidimos salirnos al momento antes de encontrar nuestras maletas afuera
