The rooms are spacious & clean. The pool area & hot tub are clean, pool was warm. There is a restaurant, food stand, & park within walking distance. This is an older hotel that is affordable. Owners are friendly. There is a reasonable fee if you have a small dog.

Great hidden gem

The room was pretty spacious.. the hot tub and pool was a beautiful feature although it definitely had a bit too much chemicals.. it was a very quiet stay . Front desk agent was incredibly friendly and eager to make sure our stay was amazing.

There were overflowing garbages outside of our room and in the pool area. They smelled horrible. These were big, like 40-50 gallon size garbage barrels. There was rotten and moldy bags of bread on the top. I do not understand how any of the people working there can walk by these large, overflowing and very smelly garbage cans and not empty them. The people at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had a better review to give. We were so disgusted with the rotten garbage that we couldn’t even stay. The smell of the sour garbage had infiltrated our room. I hope others have a better experience than we did, the place has great potential. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again.

Housekeeping

Always a quiet, comfortable place to stay, but the ball got dropped on housekeeping in the room i had this stay. There was leftover takeout left in the refrigerator so it's obvious that wasn't cleaned. Not really a big deal, but kind of a big deal. Also the bathtub had a used bar of soap on top of the surround, so that wasn't cleaned very well either. It's little things but little things add up. This is the first time I have had issues and definitely will stay again. It could have been an off day.

We booked this room because it said it sleeps 4 people. We assumed (wrongly) that there would be a sofa sleeper in addition to the king bed. No - apparently 4 people are supposed to sleep in the king bed?! I traveled with my brother, so it was a bit awkward having to share a bed. The room was quite small and outdated. We questioned the cleanliness as well. Although we didn't use it, the pool area looked great. Excellent restaurant next door.
