2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Beach Club Villa 29 is a premium three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront END unit in the Beach Club Villas community at Wild Dunes — and the end unit position makes all the difference. Every room gets an extra window, flooding the space with natural light and ocean views from angles other units simply don’t have. The screened porch wraps around the open side, giving you a wider, airier outdoor experience that guests consistently rave about.

Step off the screened porch and you’re walking straight to the sand. The Beach Club Villa oceanfront pool is just steps away for when the surf needs a break. Three bedrooms sleeping eight, all with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, restaurants, and bike trails just a short walk or ride away.

Beach Club Villa 29 guests have exclusive access to the Beach Club Villa oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
