Charming, elevated, three bedroom, two bath traditional beach cottage across the street from the beach. This is a great home for those wanting a private pool close to the beach, but don't necessarily need a larger home! Quick and easy access to miles of pristine beach!

Other features include: Newly added beautiful trex sundeck on the back of the home. Panoramic front screened porch with four rockers, two large outside beach showers, gas grill, WiFi, stereo, Living room tv with cable. DVD/VCR. PRIVATE POOL. Pool is 12' x 25' and 3'6" to 5'6" in depth and feature a sun deck and small, poolside pavilion.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Hidden gem

The original floors and doors in this home made the cottage feel like a piece of history. We loved the screened porch and plenty of seating for family. The back deck and private pool area were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. We loved that there were beach chairs provided. Beach access is literally directly in front of this house. A little hidden gem that we will definitely visit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here....great location, right across from a beach access. Our favorite part was the backyard and pool! It's a cozy, neat home. Nothing modern here but had everything we needed and was neat and clean - just old but well maintained. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.
