Não gostamos. 1) cartão de abrir a porta do quarto sempre desmagnetizava, tínhamos que descer para ativar o cartão novamente. 2) ar condicionado virado para a cabeça, nem alterando as paletas dava certo. 3) cama ruim e travesseiro muito alto 4) chuveiro esquentava e esfriava com frequência na hora do banho 5) café da manhã com variedades, mas sempre as mesmas coisas. 7) A localização e muito boa. 8) estacionamento gratuito

Ja é a segunda vez que fico hospedada no Hotel das Américas e mais um vez foi perfeito! Absolutamente TUDO, desde a educação dos funcionários, a limpeza, a sala de jogos, ao café da manhã e a piscina!!! Area da piscina das duas torres são perfeitas... Bom custo benefício.

Muito bem localizado, garagem incrível, o hotel café muito bom .Tem duas torres uma nova e outra que não está reformada. Tinha um cachorro no apto ao lado latindo o dia todo e dentro da piscina e nas jacuzzi os hospedes comem , bebem e fumam com som bem alto sem fiscalização da propriedade.

Atualizar máquinas café e guloseimas

A única coisa a lamentar é que as máquinas de café e guloseimas (já que não tinham cozinha e serviço de quarto) são pré-históricas , ou seja, só funcionam com moedas (que não existem mais). Deveriam ser por cartões para facilitar e dar comodidades ao hóspede.
